Well first off – goddamn apologies for not posting anything for ages. Excuses run along the lines of starting a new job this week and having the wife’s sister over to help us look after new baba-Caz. Not bad reasons I think. Still poor form though.
And especially poor form as I made 80 quid on 15 – having picked 5 winners out of 5 at the local Corel. Hooo aw!
Blessed are the Sharks for they shall inherit the mirth. Ho ho ho. Oh, and good on the Stormers for getting over being bullied as children. Hopefully they can go on to lead fulfilling lives.
Obviously the Oracle didn’t do particularly this week, not in Superland nor in County 6Nations. It’s grim up north. Tries are being rationed as England slips into recession. Wilco is on the chopping block which frankly infuriates me. If they’d axed him they wouldn’t have got ANY points. There’s 14 others in that team I would look to send to the wolves before poor Wilco. Poor Rory Lamont who received the most ignominious gift of nearly being decapitated by the Balshaw – the most useless person on the field, or for that matter on any field.
Again someone is making some money out there. England will be underdogs again in 2 weeks and watch them smash the Irish – get your bets on now.
I’ll tell who had a cracker this weekend beside BigDave (who is clearly some kind of autistic drooling mess after his genius spread predictions this weekend) is Planetrugby who picked the Sharks and Stormers against the grain and the only one amongst the rugby press that I could find who called the Scotland win. Brave lads – no wolf-boxing for them.
If I get a chance I might try to do some weekend summary – ‘cos for now Cheriton has gone awol since his company got taken over by a rollercoaster.
